This capability will not replace an accountant.
It will simply save time & money & make life much easier (no duplication!) for you since you will be able to enter all your income and expenses into ADAS.
You will then be able to export all these transactions from ADAS into flat files, which can then be imported into Pastel. No need punching work twice. |

How does it work?
1. All information mentioned on the left must be captured,
up to date, in ADAS
2. Set-up Pastel (company & entry types)
3. Import Pastel GL Accounts into ADAS
4. Update Contra Accounts in ADAS
5. In Pastel or ADAS add all other income/expenses not exported from ADAS such as telephone and electricity expenses, etc.
6. Enter month end dates, link entry types & export from ADAS
7. Perform accounting functions such as

ADAS have now formed a Strategic Alliance with Credit Application Initiators who provides a service for the electronic approval of Credit Applications to enable seamless e-commerce between consumers, product providers and service providers.
With a click of the button, Credit Applications are now electronically submitted from ADAS right into the Boardroom of Credit Application Initiators from where F&I’s fine tune and submit it to all financial and insurance institutions from where they can also manage the resulting podiums. Financial institutions have indicated that in the near future it will be expected of all vehicle dealerships to submit their credit applications electronically! A big advantage of doing it this way is immediate podium results and quicker pay-out procedures!
Credit Applications can also be faxed or e-mailed, paperless, directly to financial and insurance institutions that are not yet part of the ADAS F&ILink solution. The negative side of this is that the institutions must manually capture the data on their system when they receive it. This is time-consuming, duplication and a disadvantage because the application will be placed last in the queue! |
